Integration Circle

Set up before woman arrived

After a powerful adventure to Earth Daughters festival (10 hour drive + 3 hours of ferries!) me and others taught workshops there as well. We were keen to gather to digest our experiences through story sharing. The invite was short and sweet:

• Integration Garden Tea Party

• Bring cute appetizers or a drink to share

We started with a meditation to travel up back to our experiences on that mountain river land. Letting our body feel again the valleys of what was experienced. Then went into a popcorn sharing of memories.

We closed with a circle sharing process where each woman responded to the question:

• What commitments are you ready to make to your relationships and community after attending earth daughters?

A simple but beautiful way to digest big experiences.
